Though officials downplayed that possibility at first, this article would appear to showcase a likelihood that indeed some sort of shot was taken at the train and it may have led to the entire accident
Meanwhile the conductor claims he has no memory of the actual event.. There are no indications or safety events that would show him to be a likely subject of criminal behavior of negligence..
