Art Bell has taken to Facebook and BELLGAB to express what some may consider support for John B. Wells ..

As I have posted on Facebook and as I promised on this Forum, as soon as I am released from the Sirius/XM NC I will begin streaming my own show. The article so well written about JBW only confirms what I have felt for YEARS. I might have better luck asking Julie for a release of my NC…….I say this because while I was trying to talk to Sirius/XM two days after I left, I simply could not understand why they were not responding to my offer to return if they would only allow streaming until Sirius fixed their problems, when I finally did get a response it was to inform me that Coast would be taking my spot on channel 104. It is my feeling that “they” want me kept off the air, ho hum, I will fool them by staying healthy and kicking their ass as soon as I can get free.

Wells has publicly said that he never met Art Bell, but expressed the sentiment that many long time Coast listeners have had about his program: Their appreciation of a show done right..

  3. Wells was the best thing since Art Bell, anyone who thinks otherwise needs to go back and lsiten to some of his shows. He was in depth and cared about the topics, and my God his music was great. I heard the itnerview where he said he talked to noory for one minute. I despise noory for taking art bell and now john wells.

  6. I dont think wells was just some conspiracy hack as someone above said, and you can have said the same for Bell back the in 90s, anyway. They both did it their way. And that is why Noory had to get rid of them. Noory is a company man, just read Bellgab to figure out that so many people reject his style of programming. WElls and Bell are great. I am a subscriber to the C2M and hope it gets off the ground soon

  8. Sorry Art I am done with you. I loved your shows but your xm deal was a sucker punch. You got paid to do a show, got free gear to do it, and commented several times how the xm people have bent over backwards to help you. I went and got all the xm gear to hear you a month early. Then you demand the company that is PAYING YOU to make the show free??……… Love your shows, your great, but I wont be listening if you come back. I will not listen to c2c I cant stand snorry. I signed up for CTM as soon as I saw it.

  14. You seem to be on the wrong side of the “information gap”. John B does the due diligence to uncover the facts, it is up to you to study the evidence presented and look deeper into the issues. There is plenty of troubling evidence that Sandy Hook was orchestrated by more than one crazed loner, and should be properly investigated (using your example). As for your other issue, it is not the province of journalism to say nice things about the powerful, whomever they may be. If you are looking for someone to validate your thoughts or feelings about the status quo, John B probably is not your guy. I would invite you however to continue to listen so that you will be exposed to new and unfamiliar ideas and your assumptions may be challenged. Then, do your “homework” before criticizing the messenger.

  21. C2C is on a downward spiral, because of Snorry Norry. He just sleepwalks through the shows, his interviews are painfully inept. Clear Channel will get what they deserve, lousy ratings as a once great show sinks in it's own mediocrity.

  22. I liked Art, still do, but I have to admit he's a bit flaky. He tends to quit a bit too often. I really believe one show, one program wouldn't be big enough for both of them. I'm riding with JBW on his Caravan to Midnight. JBW doesn't need a co host.

  26. There is enough room on the ” air waves” for John B and Art. They are both incredible and since their topics are different but complimentary they will both share the same HUGE auduence. So long C2C I only held on for John B's shows anyhow . I'm a proud CTM member and can't wait to see what the future brings . ( with eyes wide open of course )

  27. the ratings went from millions to just 200,000 or so .. Wells had a million + on Saturday nights… is Premiere trying to end Coast and give Noory his own branch off show? I dont get it.Noory can't even do traffic and weather, he'd mispronounce everything

  28. My opinion is the whole issue with JBW runs a lot deeper than we think.C2C sold out years ago to the establishment. They just 'pretend' to continue to speak truth and offer alternative viewpoints. Noory is the perfect front-man. He's great at spoon-feeding people just enough information but never getting to any real meat. C2C has become part of the dinosaur media-complex now. C2C is now irrelevant.C2C and the powers that be realized JBW to be a threat and had to get rid of him. Unfortunately, (and lucky for those hungering for truth), it totally backfired on them. JBW is in a very good position now. C2C inadvertently bolstered his ratings and popularity by the way they ended his stint on the show! I have no doubt that we will be hearing a lot more truth from JBW in the near future and I look forward it.

    • In this day, in this time, we need to understand that those who cry “conspiracy theorist!” are the blockages to The Truth. I always tracked JBW’s cites and references. I never found flaws or misrepresentation. Noori’s agenda is to redicule the truth of global warming, and I’m starting to wonder where his stock portfolio is anchored. Miss you, John and Art. Peace.

Perhaps you weren't aware but there were a host of issues from XM/Sirius listeners had actually getting to listen to or stream Dark Matter – a show they were literally paying to hear but could not due to Sirius/XM faults.Now I ask you – what good is a radio show that needs listeners to call in when they can't even get the damn show to stream? Or all the issues that they had with the call lines, too?There are people to blame here. Art is not one of them. And you are misinformed on the subject.

  32. Art owns a radio station in Puhrump, NV. Wouldn't it be great if his air waves were full time Art, John and maybe even George Knapp (all three live relatively close in Nevada). Possibly other shows by similar genre vetted by Art. Then webcast the station live with available podcast for download. Just thinking…

  33. It may go deeper than just the management at Clear. It's owners Bain Capital, LLC is Mitt Romney's. I could be wrong, but there is a pattern among very large conglomerates that buy up media concerns, consolidate them all into a nice little square…the pattern being censorship to some degree, not necessarily nefarious…but they do control all the programming.

  34. I no longer listen to Coast to Coast on Saturday night because Wells has gotten away from the original theme of Coast and can't stop promoting Republican politics. If I wanted to here about how terrible liberals are, I would listen to Rush Limbaugh.

  35. Since Art left, George Knapp is the best host that Coast has had. He steers away from politics and reports on the unusual and unexplained.

  36. Art no longer owns KNYE. He sold it to station manager Karen Jackson for $600,000.Although it would seem that Art still has a friendly relationship with KNYE and they still use his voice for the time/temp announcements.

  37. I actually stopped listening to C2C when Art Bell left. Started tuning back in when JBW came aboard. Saturday nights were something I looked forward to. Just something about John's honesty and common sense that touches you on a personal level. Art Bell has that as well, although John takes it even further. As for C2C, I sure don't like the way coporate handled John, was pretty nasty. And, I am sure George had his 2 cents in there as well. I find George a bit boring and I am tired of the same guests talking about the grays and some subjects that are so far out there they are not believeable.I am very excited about Caravan to Midnight and the delays are not a big deal, considering what John and his crew had to deal with on such quick notice. I think it is the Ticket! By the way, from reading some of the comments, there are definitely a few TROLLS out there trying to badmouth JBW.

  39. Noory's “Book” in which he pronounces himself as a ” Worker in The Light”– the “books” very title is a really extreme “HAR–DE–HAR–HAR”!!!Every show he ends up looking for his own lost key(s) where the most desk lamp- light happens to fall–because he is afraid of the Dark!

  43. I listened to c2c regularly. I still download it and put it on my mp3 player. I do see canceling my membership soon. I have been listening.It has gone beyond boring. It is bad. It used to have enough to offer with their guest. It is worse because it is now irrelevant. George is an announcer not an interviewer. I like his voice but not his shows. They should just keep him as an announcer. They will fire George Knapp soon. He still has something to say. Love John B. Love Art. Coast to Coast is now a thing of the past.

  50. I live in the UK and I must say coast to coast are idiots to loose JBW, I tried to listen to Norry but found him and a lot of his shows lacking. Where as JBW had a lot of interesting shows and a good variety of shows.As for Sandy Hook you don't have to be a genius to see conspiracy, but at the end of the day you and I are not drones that listen and believe and if you are then wake up, look at the evidence JBW puts forward and put your counter arguments.As for Obama he reminds me of someone in the movies selling snake oil, slick good talker and a con man through and through, back stabbing snake.

  51. The moment I heard John B. Wells on C2C I knew he was extraordinary in o many intellectual layer and the absolute best when it was the extraordinary Art Bell's choice to leave. These two men I am certain are a huge threat in their depth and eloquence to G N as they both possess a natural proclivity for the exceptional. I do not want to be unkind but simply stated C2C is now run by what resembles “a used car dealership personality” and speaking far too often about himself”. I am deeply saddened about the poor choices that the present C2C has made.I APPLAUD ART BELL AND JOHN B. WELLS!!!!

  53. I have paid for C2C pod casting for 5 years, and the quality of the show severely deteriorated when Art was kicked off C2C. I honestly believe that Ian Punnett must have dissed GN one time too many. It was a matter of time until JBW got the axe. John was not the best nor the worst, but he was working through his learning curve, and moving comfortably away from chronic conspiracy and into more substantive topics. I, for one, am willing to pay for C2M if Art is there, too. Like someone mentioned above, you can only hope that George Knapp would move there as well.

It is a sad thing when we as listeners are not allowed to hear the truth over conventional air waves.GN behaves as if C2C were the GN Show. He already has his own show on the internet. He needs to remember to be the “host” NOT the guest/center stage interjecting his personal b.s. to anyone who's polite enu'f to let him gas. 20 or more minutes is taken from every hour for commercial/musical breaks. I fall asleep listening to C2C. I already have a radio that's tuned to music, I don't need to have half of someone's c.d. played after commercials. I used to look forward to the wk-ends when GN wasn't there, but you still get his Booring self in the commercials.So if I must subscribe to an inter-net show in order to hear my favorite radio talk show hosts & hear the truth, so be it.So long C2C, Hello, JBW, Art Bell!!!   61. Now that I’ve heard the story of what happened to JBW, I must say I’m not surprised! To John B.: The Man Upstairs works in mysterious ways, and this will become evident as this separation from C@C may be the best thing that’s happened in a long while, both for you AND us listeners!! Keep up the good work and always strive for the truth. It will set us ALL free!! We got your back brother!
