Every human alive in the modern world has seen those testicles dangling from a truck in front of them at a red light. Often times the four-wheeled drive vehicle is operated by someone with a large frame and shaved head.. now and then a rebel Confederate flag adorns the back bumper, right near the large male organ dangling from the undercarriage. I have often wondered what mentality is in the mind of someone who displays those proudly.. I have seen them in various colors. But the shape is always the same.
But now comes along something that could potentially be more offensive than the dangling parts: A women hog-tied in the back of a truck, made to look like she’s really a captive.. It was so controversial that a company named Hornet Signs stopped producing the design.. a design that was less a conversation starter
and more a outrage..
I have always argued and still maintain the belief that companies and people should freely practice freedom of speech. In this regard, I still believe in it. The power of revolt is sometimes stronger than the freedom to revolt others, though, we saw that the public outrage over the sign led to the company’s decision to stop producing the picture.
The damage is done, though.
Hornet Signs may have started it.. we’ll see what comes next.
In our modern society, the death culture is a popular thing.
I was at a kid’s party yesterday for a five-year-old who received nothing but MONSTER HIGH. Starting early … TV shows are filled with misery and destruction. And reality if obviously worse.
So it comes as no surprise to me that a company would feature this type of truck design.. It’s just another symbol of the decay that the human race is unfortunately experiencing.
I just wonder how many trucks that had this design were also adorned with those horrendous testicles..
