Video shot at Fukushima in Japan shows a bleak scene under a gray sky.. The video was shot by TEPCO this past week as the area got ready for the declaration that the accident was over. The YouTube video has a description of the events contained within it.
It is clear that the decimated area has a generation or more of recovery … of course Japan’s Prime Minster Noda may not feel that same way, at least not when cameras roll..
