Monsanto rejected Bayer’s $60 billion all-cash offer on May 24, but said it was interested in further discussions at a higher buyout price.
…..but now, according to the CEO to a private group in a private room (leaked immediately) there are behind the scenes discussions and moves taking place that could still make the whole thing happen..
